Our fees are geared towards long term successful recruitment. Reducing your risk and spreading the cost of recruitment.

Our terms are 10% of salary payable in 5 equally monthly instalments. If your new recruit leaves for any reason, you simply stop paying.

The first instalment is payable seven days after the new recruit starts with you and then four equal payments at monthly intervals thereafter.

Venrec recruit for a variety of different sectors including but not limited to, logistics and warehouse, office admin, health and social care, accountancy and architecture.

What makes Venrec different?

Agency Fees – Our standard fee for successfully placing a permanent candidate is 10% of their agreed salary which is payable over 5 months, subject to a minimum fee of £1,800 plus VAT. The first payment is 14 days after the candidate starts work, followed by 4 equal monthly instalments. If the candidate leaves for any reason you simply stop paying.

We also offer two other options

  • Option 2. Extended Payment Option – non refundable marketing fee of £500 plus vat. Plus an additional  placement fee of 10% of salary, if the vacancy is successfully filled, this is payable in 12 instalments, first instalment 14 days after starting and then monthly thereafter. If candidate leaves future instalments are waived.
  • Option 3. Low Fixed Fee Option – a non refundable marketing fee of £500 plus vat. Plus an additional fixed placement fee of £1,500, if the vacancy is successfully filled, this is payable in 5 instalments, first instalment 14 days after starting and then monthly thereafter. If candidate leaves future instalments are waived.

Qualified Recruitment Consultants – Members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (MREC) and have completed the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP).
