Our senior management team created Venrec as they believed that the best people to recruit accountants were people who were within the sector themselves. Our management team regularly review CV’s and offer support to our consultants to ensure that the best possible candidates are provided to our clients.
Agency Fees – Three low fee options, choose from (1) a success fee of only 10% payable in 5 equal instalments, (2) £500 upfront plus a 10% success fee payable over 12 months or (3) £500 upfront plus a fixed success fee of £1,500 payable over 3 months
Qualified Recruitment Consultants – Members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (MREC) and have completed the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP).
Understanding what you need – We understand the accountancy profession; our senior management team includes members of the ICAEW who have owned and managed accountancy practices for many years. Our consultants have an excellent understanding of the different job roles within the profession and carry out a detailed screening and interview process with each candidate
